North Dakotans for Responsible Animal Care (NDRAC) is a diverse group of animal stakeholders working to strengthen animal care laws by:

Addressing animal abandonment, neglect and cruelty;View the proposed changes to the Humane Treatment of Animals law.
Including an array of penalties to reflect severity of the act, from infractions for slight offenses to class C felonies for the most serious crimes; and
Providing clarity and guidance for those enforcing the law.
